Return and shipping policy

Please note that as a small local starting company, we do not accept returns and exchanges. If you received a package that is defective or incorrect, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to contact us at boutique.ubuntu@gmail.com and we will do anything in our means to assure your satisfaction. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be unworn and unwashed. Return shipping costs are the responsability of the customer.  

Due to high demand during the holidays, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All shipments will go out as regular mail. An email and/or SMS confirmation will be sent to you once your package is on its way ! 

  

  

Shipments within Canada are expected to take 3-6 business days once processed and shipped. Due to unfortunate circumstances surrounding COVID19, Canada Post may experience unpredictible delays and we thank you deeply for your understanding. 

  

If you have an upcoming event in which items must be shipped fast, we invite you to share your request with us at boutique.ubuntu@gmail.com and we will try to accomodate your needs with a personalized and express shipment, if possible. Special requests will only be treated for orders over 100$ and express shipping fees may apply.
